Tolima Colombia roast is a medium roast coffee featuring beans from Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo. These beans are grown in Bilbao Colombia within the family-owned growers association ASOTBILBAO.
Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, de-pulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the beans on raised beds. Their impeccable farm management and post-harvest practices culminate into a clean and consistent blend.
