Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages, or non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us at 775-265-2176 or emailing us at hello@blinddogcoffee.com.

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered:

  • If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, you may send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend insuring the return shipment. Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

  • To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense. We will gladly replace it with another item of your choice. Customers will pay the price difference between products, if applicable, and the return shipping costs.

  • For coffee brewers and accessories, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt at our warehouse to receive a full refund. Again, we recommend insuring the shipment.

Shipping Carrier Delays

Please note that once an order leaves our facility, shipping and delivery timelines are the responsibility of the selected carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). While we process and ship orders as promptly as possible—typically within 24-48 hours—we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in transit. Shipping delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or carrier errors are outside of our control.

If your order is delayed in transit, we recommend checking your tracking number for updates and reaching out to the carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to support any claims or investigations if needed.

We do not offer refunds solely due to shipping delays caused by the carrier, as these are beyond our ability to manage. However, we’re happy to assist with any claims or investigations as needed.

Refund Processing Time

Refund submissions are processed upon receipt of returned goods and take 7–14 business days (depending on your banking institution and merchant provider) to reflect on your original payment method.
