This single-origin marvel is cultivated with meticulous care at El Apiario & El Panal farms by the esteemed producer, Jorge Mendez. Employing the Washed process, this coffee showcases Bourbon and Caturra varieties coffee plants that are nurtured in the high altitudes of San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango, spanning 1,600 to 1,950 meters above sea level (MASL).

The beans undergo a precise 36-hour fermentation, followed by a patient 7-10 day drying period on concrete patios, ensuring optimal flavor development. The story of Jorge Mendez is as compelling as the coffee itself. His inspiring journey from a humble picker to a proud farm owner exemplifies his unwavering dedication to producing the highest quality coffee.
