Red Sea Blend - Medium Dark Roast 12oz Whole Bean

Red Sea Blend is a curated mix of Ethiopian and Yemen dry-processed coffees, two countries that sit opposite each other on the Red Sea. Back then, the trend in roasting was towards a much darker profile than what most people are doing today. This coffee, for those who still push into second-crack, develops a marked roasted fruit profile and maintains the inherent characteristics of the component coffees, owing to the very high altitudes they are grown at.

This coffee has notes of Dark Cholates, Molasses, Blackberry, and Eral Gray Tea.
